Install Kartris more easily with the Microsoft Web Platform Installer
The latest Kartris version (1.1005) is packaged in zip format with support for the Microsoft Web Platform Installer. This handy tool ensures you have all the required prerequisite Microsoft software such as MS SQL Server and ASP.NET 3.5.
It will then copy in the Kartris files, create the web application in your IIS web server and set the required permissions.
The setup dialog in Kartris will then fire up, leading you through the straightforward task of connecting to or creating a database, creating an admin login, testing permissions and logging in.
